Hi all,
we have a S/4-System with a decentral EWM. When the goods arrive from the production we would like to put the goods on a trolly with a fix HU -Number. We post the MIGO and get an Inbound Delivery in EWM. Then we pack the position on the trolly with the fix HU-Number. But later on we receive a second inbound delivery and we would like to put the goods on the same trolly. Therefore I need to pack it in second inbound delviery in the same HU number (Trolley). But I get the message: HU is not a planned HU.
Once the trolley is full we would like to post the GR to all affected inbound delivery.
Our workaround is, that we post the GR first and pack our trolley with goods with already posted stock on the GR-Zone 9010. But we would like to pack first then we post the GR.
Here my question: Is it possible to use the same HU - number in two different Inbound deliveries in EWM standard?
Thanks.
Daniel

Hi Daniil,
thanks for your reply.
what do you mean with "to pack both deliveries before GR."?

Hi Daniel, you can do it in the /scwm/prdi, select both deliveries and press (Ctrl+F3). There you can create one HU and pack both deliveries into this HU.
But this wont fit to your process if you want to pack into already existing HU in the warehouse. If you delete your Trolley before packing, it should work for you. We did a development once for similar process, there HU would transmitted from ERP in EWM, and in EWM Goods Receipt was booked to the existed HU (Stock was added).
Hi Daniil,
thank you very much. Very helpful. Now I understand it.
Regards
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
you can pack it after GR, or you need to pack both deliveries before GR.
You cannot pack not GR posted stock into the HU located in the warehouse.
