EWM loose qty over picking and then adjust in work center to full fill OBD qty

Hello,

Can any body guide me to achieve below scenario?

I have scenario of loose qty stored in storage types. If I want 50KG of product as per OBD but the whole bag is 100 KG I have to remove full bag of 100KG and take it in work center. I will weigh 50 KG and proceed to goods issue and then return remaining 50KG to original storage type. This scenario do not involve HU and hence I can not use POSC/LOSC. What I can think of is 2 step picking. However the problem is, I can not remove full bag of 100 KG as system check delivery qty which is 50KG. Is there any setting where by I can remove more qty than delivery qty and then reduce it to required qty in work center

Hello Ajit,

No. We do not use HU because there are no pallets as such. Hence pack specification is not possible. Also, alternative unit of measure is not defined. We managed the stock only in Base unit of measure.

Do you store AUOM as bag during put away ?Could you try to apply rounding rule with AUOM or Pack spec in the first WPT.
