EWM Lastest Starting Date - LSD not calculated

Hello,

I set up extract time in EWM IMG in order to calculate picking time for process step OB01.
Labor Management is activated for this step but no ELS / BFR+ times are set up.
Only extract time using product load category is set up.

Now, Warehouse Tasks have a planned processing time calculated correctly according to Extract Time set up.
On Warehouse Orders, the planned execution time is availabe (which is the sum of individuals tasks Processing Time). And we also have a Completion Date and a Completion Time on the Warehouse Orders (which are coming from the Wave Template Option).

But the Latest Starting Date and Latest Starting Time are not calculated in the Warehouse Order. (no date, the field is blank and time = 00:00:00). I have checked documentation, OSS notes (we use Decentralyzed S/4 CORE 106). I am unable to identify what is missing or wrong in the customizing. No OSS notes seem applicable to our system version.

Any help is welcome.
