EWM integrated in S/4HANA

Could you please tell me if the EWM integrated in S/4HANA can use the extended Material field length (40 characters) or have to use the standard length (18)?

Hi,

EWM 940 integrated with S/4HANA supports usage of extended material field of length 40.

You can refer to SAP note 2405257 for further details.
