EWM Inbound delivery volume

Hi All,

After the EWM upgrade to 9.3, few sites have issues with volume overwrite to zero in ECC when GR in EWM. Volumes are maintained in both MM03 and /scwm/mat1 . Volume appears in PO creation, Inbound delivery creation VL31N . Moment we do GR in /scwm/PRDI EWM ,it gets interfaced to ECC and overwrites to nil . We also tried to do GR after HU creation but still same problem.

What could be the reason or areas where i can drill down to find the root cause.

Hi Sri,

did you check in EWM which values are contained in weight/volume for the items in the additional quantities tab? You can e.g. check in /SCWM/PRDI.
