EWM INB WT : Error Info... Units of different dimensions cannot be converted

Hi Need help,

When I create product with tag to VAS order for product master /scwm/mat1 under WH data 02 = Value added service . The system hit error Units of different dimensions cannot be converted when Inbound is created for Warehouse Task. If the product master is not tag to vas order indicator then no error. I have check the /scwm/packpack for OVSI and OPAL both product is UOM KG and packagng material is PAL. Any light ideas welcome.

I am also facing the same issue during direct INBD there is no problem, but when I create INBD along with Pack Specification for POSC scenario, During WT Confirmation I receive this error message.
