EWM ID rejection having serial numbers

Hi All,

We have scenario where we are shipping serialized product from non EWM sloc to EWM sloc against STO. We created replenishment delivery (RD) and ID created in receiving sloc. ID is processed for GR in EWM sloc but there is an issue in ECC , queue failed to post PGR against ECC ID because of inconsistency in RD processing. Hence we suggested to reverse GR and reject ID in EWM

We want to reject EWM ID after GR reversal but we are receiving error

'Item type IDTR: no suitable process code for rejection'

I understand for rejecting ID no process code has to be selected , but for above scenario it is not picking process code automatically. Please let us know how it is designed for serialized material for such STO scenario.

For external vendor receipts with serial numbers , you can reject ID successfully but for above case not.

Please share your experience on this.
