EWM - how to size a warehouse

Hello EWM World!

Current warehouse is in ECC SP5-WM, moving to S4 HANA 2021-EWM, what are the factors/drivers to measure the size/volume of a data warehouse.

Trying to figure out if there is a SAP Best Practice to size a data warehouse, so it may be categorized as small, medium or large warehouse.

I know this is a very simple and general question, but when moving warehouses systems like ECC to S/4 I just need to go back to basics and start simple and then go figure the warehouse specifics (documents, procedures, types, process types...etc..)

Any ideas are highly welcome.
