I want to have a better overview a daily pdf print on my server.
My first thought to go via scwm/mon --> document-->warehouse order--> right click an choose process in batch (spool)
There i can say that this should be done in my daily routine but I can“t choose where to print (save on my server) automatically?
Thanks

Hi Jana,
I don't know if SAP can save natively PDF to a server. That is a question for a Basis expert. What I always saw is a network virtual printer that is saving the spools as PDF. So from SAP point of view it is a printer, but finally you got what you wanted, a PDF.

Hi Julio,
but there is no possibility that it is saved automatically on my server?

Hi Jana,
Maybe the option is not available in the assistant when you create the job using the warehouse management monitor. But after the job is created, you can edit or copy it with old, good SM37. There you have the option of selecting an output device in the corresponding step.
