EWM Goods issue not yet carried out SMQ2

We have an outbound delivery stuck in SMQ2 with error "Goods issue not yet carried out". However the goods issue from the outbound delivery has already been performed successfully and yet we still cannot clear this from the queue so the outbound delivery fgets set to complete. Help!

Hello, 
This Queue happen because you probably posted goods issue outbound delivery and reversed it. 
Once information about goods issue was sen to S4 and back - system show that queue in 2nd try of GI.
You can try to save this Queue in SMQ2 and proceed next Queue which is waiting for be send to S4.  After execution you will see status of Outbound delivery will be updated in S4.

Go to SCWM/MON--> Tools-->Message Queue -- let it run for all -- you will able to see the reason under message text why your goods issue has failed --it may be a system issue or due to posting date in past --click message log button to more details --plus you can put screenshot if still need help.

Plus you can retry from the message queue too if you do not see any valid reason.

Did you check the status of the PPF action? Also check the SLG1 log as well. The PGI update has not sent to the other systems.
