Hi All,
We have below requirement:
For 3 Customers – Material - TEST1 – Total of 3.5 pallets (Customer A - 2 Pallet, Customer B - 1 Pallet, Customer C - 0.5 Pallet)
1.Pick ticket will have 3 pallets pulled from TEST1 (Storage type) – full pallet pick
2.System should simultaneously check to see if fixed bin has enough for the remaining 0.5 pallets. If not, order-based replenishment will take place and have a separate pallet replenish the fixed bin. This remaining 0.5 pallet will then be picked from the TEST2 (fixed bin).
Can you please guide with this scenario?
Thank you

...you Need to make sure that you have your TEST2 storage type as (rough) bin in the delivery item. Based on this the order-based replenishment will send a pallet from TEST1 to TEST2. One Option to achieve this is to work with quantity classificator in STSS for picking but it is tough do give you the optimal Setups without knowing the whole Outbound/picking process/Setup...
