EWM - Error in TU arrive and departure to door

Hi experts,

I have an error when the transportation unit departure from door.

Unload and good receipt is posted but I can't make the departure because the arrival is not done. When I arrive it tells me that it is already done.

Hi Facundo Becerra,

There was an inconsistency between your Door activity and your TU status.

Next time you face this error you can follow the steps in KBA 2844595 to correct the issue.

Could you please provide a screenshot of your Door assignments tab?

It seems that there are no doors assigned to your TU.
