Hi Expert,

I am facing an isse with document is locked by user which is not refresh automatically. Is there any wayt refresh it without manually refresh?

Hi,

Mostly, outbound deliveries which are locked by user. Those outbound deliveries are getting stuck in SMQ2.

To proceed the document, user has to refresh in Warehouse Monitor->Log folder.

Hello,

maybe could you describe this in more detail? For example do you try to edit a document in a UI (which one?) and you get the message that the document is locked by an other user? Or are you talking about an asynchronuos process (e.g. qRFC, PPF,...) where you get a locking error message? Also it would be helpful if you describe which document you mean (e.g. warehouse task, inbound delivery, outbound delivery...)
