EWM delivery qty update without selecting process codes

Hi,

I can see the /scwm/pridi has Edit button, after pushing the button the column Item delivery qty become editable. Im able to change qty and save and QTY is change but in EWM only. LE delivery is without the change. I think its reason the EWM process should be to use process code (ie user go to prdi, select process code etc).

Is there any way how to setup automatic posting to ERP during delivery save without choosing process code?

Also same delivery type is shared accross multiple WH, any possibility how to setup the same but for specific WH only and keep other WH untouched?

Or the only solution is custom development? If yes, any advise for some ench. Spot?

I am not sure here, but in the process code customizing it is "default" radio button (or checkbox) maybe it would help.

Anyway it is not on the warehouse level. And actually during the delivery completion (when you finished put away) EWM should communicate the updated quantity to the ERP.

If it is too late, and if you still need a BAdi you can try with /SCWM/EX_MSL_FILL_PRD_INB

Hi Daniil,, thank you, finishing putaway updated qty. From my point of view the ERP should be updated immidiatelly to reflect EWM but I can live with this 🙂

Hi @StanislavDvorak1 ,

What's your EWM Version ? Are you using Decentral or Embedded ? Are you using fiori ?

Please see the standard solution to change the quantity in inbound delivery in Fiori.

"Also same delivery type is shared accross multiple WH, any possibility how to setup the same but for specific WH only and keep other WH untouched?" -> You can restrict via authorization only for your WH.

"Or the only solution is custom development? If yes, any advise for some ench. Spot?" -> I would suggest you please see the fiori option... if it does not for your business please let us know.

Kind Regards,

Ajit
