Hi,
Currently the PPF conditions in EWM are configured to print 1 label (for example) per HU, creating a spool id each time.
When we print hundreds of labels in one go we don't want to have a spool for each label but 1 spool for all.
Is it possible to configure PPF to print multiple labels using 1 spool id? If yes, what are the configurations?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi J S,
For a single object, the system tries to determine and execute a single PPF action.
A single PPF action creates single spool.
It would be possible to implement the PPF BAdI COMPLETE_PROC_PPF (see SAP Note ##2840582 - PPF sequencing as example how to implement it).
Other solution could be - create own PPF action for mass print from the document and trigger this PPF action. Inside the implementation the HU's to be printed could be also sorted as needed.
