EWM - BATCH managed Inbound dleivery issue - Generation of class SAP_EWM_LOBM failed

Hi,

I am working on S4H-1709 system with centralized EWM active.

Inbound delivery for a batch managed material is getting failed(in SMQ2) with error as - 'Generation of class SAP_EWM_LOBM failed'.

Please suggest what I am missing.

Also, Is tcode - /SCWM/WM_BATCH_MAINT is obsolete in 1709 version. Its giving me run time error, and when debug by technical team they found that its blacklisted in 1709 and have to use alternate options.

Please suggest.

Hi Asif,

Thanks for your reply.

My problem is resolved by following below steps -

1. Create a class LOBM of class type 023.

2. Maintiain class LOBM in material classification.

This helps in releasing the stucked delivery in SMQ2.

But, still I am not able to create BATCHES in EWM since tcode /SCWM/WM_BATCH_MAINT is not working in S4H 1709.

Can anyone please suggest, how to create BATCHES in EWM in S4H 1709.
