Can we have Advanced production Integration in a basic EWM license?

Also can we have a Production SL IM Managed in API?

Please check in SPRO:

SCM Extended Warehouse Management -> Extended Warehouse Management -> Master Data -> Acknowledge Use of Advanced Functions. (You can’t use this Customizing activity in decentralized EWM.)

In this Customizing activity, you can acknowledge the usage mode of warehouse management according to product software licenses purchased for the warehouses. This usage acknowledgement plus the actual usage of warehousing features are subject to a license audit. You can use /SCWM/RP_COMPLIANCE_CHECK report from SE38 transaction to check compliance information on the high level.For more precise information, please contact your SAP Account Manager.
