We are currently using standard event-Arrival at destination to populate actual delivery dates using interface. Also when the TM-EM integration is set up the planned date of the event-Arrival at destination is automatically populated in TM execution tab. Business requires that the planned date and time of this event should be updated with a reason code from interface. Any idea from experts how to achieve this in the best possible way.
