Hi Experts,
I have an scenario, when SO gets created in ECC and email needs to trigger through EM.I have all configuration in place in EM. When i create sales order Event handler gets created in EM, but no event message. I can manually add the actual event date in /SAPTRX/MI02, the email gets triggered and process works fine.
Plz help on this.
Request clarification before answering.
Deepali, What I understand by the description is
1) Sales Order Creation in ECC creates the EH in EM - this is working fine
You at this point of time expect an Email to be triggered on EH creation?
OR
You expect a follow-on event message like "Sales Order Created" to post on the EH and this message is the one that triggers the Email in EM?
2) Are you passing an Event Message from ECC to EM when Sale Order is created?
If yes, are you able to see the Event Message in EM at all, anywhere in EM, how about Unprocess Event messages?
3) If you are not passing the Event Message from ECC to EM - are you using Configuration in EM to create a Message and post to EH when EH is created - so that the rule set activity can then trigger the email?
4) You can also trigger an email on EH creation without the Event Message being posted.
Can you please describe your process in detail to help understand the scenario?
