Estimating current inventory with ISEG and MSEG

Is it possible to estimate inventory based on ISEG and MSEG?

Basically I want to get the most recent physical inventory count for a material via ISEG and then calculate all of the credits/debits since that measurement via MSEG. However it seems that there are only date fields available in the tables and no datetime attributes.

In closing what is the best way to get a close estimate of current physical inventory since a measurement via ISEG?

may I ask you to remove Tag Software Logistics?

It handles upgrade/installation, sw change request handling and has nothing to do with logistics.
