​Error while starting SWPM

i'm checking all query's in google and also i'm downloading the latest as per the solution but i'm getting same error. could please anyone help me

DETAILS: The found data unit must not be used.
SOLUTION: Ensure that you use the latest available version of Software Provisioning Manager downloaded from the SAP Service Marketplace, that it is extracted with a current SAPCAR executable and ensure that its content is unchanged.

Probably it's exactly due to what the message said:

SAPCAR might be outdated
