error while reconciling "Quantity falls below the minimum inventory"

Can i ask for help on how to fix this? i was about to reconcile our packaging items but cant reconcile because it always show this error

Hi - I searched for your message, and found this thread:

Please see responses "Under Response to Release of Inventory below the Minimum Level, there are 3 options. You must have selected the last one Block Release. Change it to Warning Only. This setting is under Admin - Sys Init - Document Settings - General"

Additionally, Gordon, another poster, says the message is a warning only

Hi and thank you for the answer, but unfortunately it still didn't work, I already tried this method but its still the same. it always shows the same error before
