Request clarification before answering.
HI Shimank
I have faced this issue but for me the issue was with the customizing
Posting change in Bin - For my warehouse process type posting change in the bin was not allowed. I changed to allow posting changes it worked and created the Warehouse Order.
Reward points if it was helpful.

Adarsh

Hi Pavan,
T-Code to remove the SAP System Inconsistencies: /N/SCWM/CHM_LOG.
Steps:
1) Click on Ad-Hoc Check ( Ctrl + F1 ).
2) Select Stock and Bin Option and click on Right arrow to enter input criteria like Storage type or storage bin & Execute,
3) If any inconsistency was found then you will find that in Message tab & also able to delete.
Thanks,
Shimank Jain
Hi Ramesh / Shimank,
Thanks for your replies. I executed the steps given by you, but my bin wasn't shown in the inconsistency log.
When I check the Physical stock of my Product in warehouse monitor, I see 2 line items. One line with Positive qty of 100 and the other line with -ve qty of 50. The 2nd line with -ve qty of 50 is having PDI document reference. When I open the PDI document (Inbound Delivery), its warehouse task and warehouse order were fully confirmed, but the warehouse activity status and putaway status in the inbound delivery were "Partially Completed." I believe this is the reason for the error.
Once, we change the status of PDI document (Inbound Delivery) in EWM to Completed, then the 2nd line in monitor with -ve qty will go away and the issue will get resolved.
I tried removing the PDI document by following below link, but it didn't work.
Can you please check and help me in updating the status of PDI document to Completed?
Thank You,
Pavan
Hi!
Check if you have sufficient qty in st. bin. Or maybe you have open removal WT from st.bin.
