Error While activating Odata service

Hi Experts, 

 I am unable to activate following odata services which are required for standard fiori app: https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F4024')/S28OP

Tried adding the service from /Iwfnd/maint/service . Following Service appear in while adding the service, but error starts appearing.
