Hello,
We have synchronized users from SAP S4 to FSM system. When the users get created this way in FSM their S4 BusinessPartner number gets saved as their FSM userName.
But the users should be able to sign in with a different name than their business partner number, so we changed it in the FSM Admin user settings.
If we do this they can log in with a different name but the field userName in the database for ERPUSER and EMPLOYEE in the person object and userName for the unifiedPerson object won't change. This leads to the error "Your ERP user is not matching your Cloud User. Please review your user setup in admin" if this user try to save a view in the dispatching board.
How can we resolve this error?
