Hi All,
Jobs are failing in SAP IBP. I am getting an error "To Period XXX given in the job is not defined in time profile xxx". It fails when i try to run from excel UI. But runs without any issue when i schedule a job. While analyzing the issue, i found that when i run the job from excel, system doesn't recognize PERIODID when Period changes from week to month or month to quarter.
Nothing has changed in the system. Is anyone else getting such error? Can it be because of recent IBP upgrade to 2202? Kindly let me know.
Thanks in advance,
Ill

Thanks both, i have downloaded and extended the time profile. Uploaded again through integration job. It is not throwing error anymore.

Hi,
Please check if you have time periods defined in time profile for the time horizon you're trying to copy data for. Data Integration Jobs > Download Templates > Time Profile and select your time profile > With Existing Time Periods

Hi Ill,
The issue could be occurring because of the selected Planning Scope in the Job Step's setup, if it's set to Monthly. When a month is passing by, the Planning Scope's "From" setting gets outdated, therefore the Job doesn't find the earlier month's Period in the Time Profile as the Time Horizon is set from 0.
When you schedule the Job again from the WebUI, the Planning Scope automatically changes to the current month and that fixes the behavior.
I hope that this is the root cause in your case as well!

Zsombor
