I am trying to have a material that is normally stored in bulk storage also be stored in our general warehouse. This would mean the material is set up for a bulk storage type but also a general warehouse storage type. The reason for the multiple storage types is so we can better manage overflow or full bins in the bulk storage areas. The material master data placement is 061 (bulk) and the removal is set to '***". I consistently get error messages stating an issue with the storage section search. I am certain i have the storage types and storage sections configured correctly.
Any suggestions on what to look for?
