Error: Object XXX was repaired in this system, how to fix?

Hi guys,

A transport was released from DEV system to QA system. It ended with rc=8n and says:

I checked in SE03 both options:

- > Object in Requests > Search for Objects in Requests/Tasks (in sub-objects and modifiable)

- > Objects > Display Repaired Objects >

This object is not fount in any of the 2 options.

Any idea of how to fix it and release the object to QA system?
