Hi All
We face an error message while trying to connect to HANA server. data agent is successfully installed & started the dpagentconfigtool.exe in admin role & when we connect to HANA, get the error message that "Failed to connect to HANA Server with user SDICONFIG.

The whole set up was working till friday. The admin access of the laptop on which the agent was installed was removed & we have revoked the admin access in the laptop. Now when we try to connect get the below message.
Has anyone faced this error message before? Request you share your inputs on this issue.

does problem still exist? As Ram wrote, please, check the SDI credential's validity following SAP KBA 2799038. You can check too the DPAgent log, which is found in DPAgent install path: framework.trc.

posting this as I found it helpful in my experience: you can refer to note 2799038 for instructions how to test credentials. This eliminates at least one variable and the next step can be more focused

This error message usually indicates a network communication problem, or wrong credentials being provided.
I guess you already resolved it by now, otherwise feel free to raise an incident to the IBP Cloud Ops team to seek for additional help: SCM-IBP-OPS-INC.
