Hello,
Error Message FDM_AR008 is appearing when creating a dispute case for an overdue open receivable line item for one new user (USER 1). The other existing user (USER 2) is able to create a dispute case without any issues.
What could be the reason for such system behaviour? Security team confirmed that this is not role / authorization issue after comparing both the user ids.
Kindly advise.

Issue was caused due to service pack upgrade. This was resolved by Basis and Security teams collaboratively.
