Error in SAP IBP Time Series Supply Planning

I have copied Supply and S&OP part of standard SAPIBP1 Planning Area. I have uploaded the SAP's RDS Master data. But when I run either heuristic and Optimizer. I get the following error - 'Error in supply planning, component SCM-IBP-SUP Planning session invalid. Log off and log on again. Contact your IBP administrator and mention log handle -Contact your IBP administrator and mention log handle XXX entry XXX". I have not done any change in the Planning Area. Also, I am not able to open certain KF in excel like - Adjusted Production Receipt and the error is like "Issue in 'IBP Backend Services' SCM-IBP-XLS-SRV, contact your admin and mention log handle XXX."

If the solutions provided by Guru and Ankur don't work, please create an incident under component SCM-IBP-SUP-ALG so we can check the logs via the log handle reported by the error in your system.

Hi Achal,

Did you copy selective entities? from the error message, looks like something is missing for a Supply run. If you have copied partial SAPIBP1, I would suggest copy full IBP1 and try to run Heuristic or Optimizer.

For Adjusted Production Receipt KF, assuming you have loaded data correctly. Can you try to pull that KF in Analytics app and see if you see any data?

Hi Achal - you can use Adjusted Production Interactive key-figure instead of Adjusted Production Receipt. Your purpose should be solved with 'Interactive' key-figure. Remove the 'Receipt' key-figure from your planning view and keep only 'Interactive' - this should probably solve your issue,
