Error in EWM inbound Queue - Action code not supported / Could not create header data delivery

Hello guys,

currently I am lost with the error messages shown above. The messages appear in the message queue on EWM after sending and inbound delivery from ERP system.

Could you please give me a hint what is the Action code not supported message about? Is this the root cause for the other two messages as well?

Hi Markus,

There could be 2 reasons for hanging queue.
1. This is duplicate SVAREPLICA message trying to create the inbound delivery 018111335.
Sol: If it is duplicate, you can delete the queue.
2. Delivery 018111335 is deleted in EWM but ASN is still active and hanging queue is trying to create the delivery again.
Sol : If you want to recreate the delivery is EWM system, You can try rejecting the ASN and re-process the queue.

Is the issue resolved? I am getting similar kind of error for outbound staging delievreys from process order.

Could you please share the answer how the issue resolved.

Hello, the problem was the one Yaping Wang described. The inbound delivery has been processed in EWM side before. I created a new inbound delivery and then the process was working

This error message tells you that inbound delivery # has been processed in EWM side before. Thus this inbound queue can't be accepted.

Please check your ECC side inbound delivery number range.

as you said it has already processed in ewm and updated in ecc as well

but now how can we clear this line in queue.
