Error in Create New Job

Hi, When I am trying to create new Job in SAP, it brings two errors,

It says Violation of Primary Key Constraint PK_Enprise_JOBCOST_7F586266. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.Enprise_JOBCOST_JOB'. The duplicate key value is 1401. The statement has been Terminated.

and also shows: Error in ExecFormMode: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Can anyone help?
