Hi,
Probably your warehouse task is created for less quantities that is in your HU. (One Hu is packed to other HU)
You can have situation as below:

Please try to repack your rest of quantites which should remain in your HU to another HU.
You can use /SCWM/PACK and workcenter 9999 - where you can create a new HU and by method drag & drop move the rest of quantities to newly created HU.
After that you shold be able to confirm your warehouse order/task.
Best regards,
Marek

Or you can cancel your warehouse task and create new one, with right source HU.
Probably your screen for your HU and WT should be look like:
1. Higher lever HU
2. Warehouse task (please look at qtys)
3. Lower-level HU (please look at qtys)

You can cancel your WT and after that create a new one from outbound delivery level.
Create a new item:

And paste your lower-level HU as a source HU, source bin and quantities. After that create + save.
You will be able to confirm that HU.
Best regards,
Marek
