Error during creation of Production Order CO01

System Error - "Standard production only allowed with ref. to induvial customer stock" error message appearing while creating production order in the T code CO01.

Please help me to short out this issue.

Did you read the long text related to the error message? Is the material a configurable material? If so you should have gotten a pop-up to enter sales order / WBS in CO01 for entering account assignment.

Standard production only allowed with ref. to indivual customer stock

Diagnosis

Direct order creation for a material to be configured is only possible if it takes place in relation to sales order stock since a configurable material only allows production for sales order stock. A sales order or a WBS element can serve as sales order stock.

Procedure

You should enter a sales order or a WBS element for account assignment.

Yes, We got the same error message. While creating production order in CO01 without sales order & WBS.

Our old reference materials are working fine but the new development materials only not working

Hi,

Check the material type of the product. Also check the procurement type. If all are correct, then just create a PIR in MD61 and use that as a reference to create the production order in CO01.
