Error closing the form-Smartforms

Hi Friends,

After transport of TR from DEV, Server To QAS Server getting Error "Error closing the form" while executing Transaction. But same transaction working in DEV system.

Can you explain the steps to reproduce the case?

What did you change and what objects did you transport?

Hi you can transport the Logo in SE78 itself at development server.

Select your Image file in SE78, at top of the toolbar - transport icon will be there, click on it and it will ask you the transpor request number.

Hi

Do you use any Logo in the smartform - that you used in SE78 at developmetn server.

Please make sure you transported the logo also to QAS.

(same way if you use any Text elements also)

yes, you are right we uploaded logo through SE78 at DEV Server. But how can we transport only logo to QAS Server. In same way (SE78) i tried to upload logo in QAS server but getting error msg.

Please execute t.code se78 , click graphics and enter your logo name in your Dev System.

Then in the toolbar click transport icon, it will ask you for a request. With this request you can transport logo to quality system.

There could be some dependant object not available in QAS system.

To find this generation error follow steps below

Go to SMARTFORMS transaction.

type your form name and without choosing menu options you will find

Smartforms-->Generate.
