ERP delivery item category not flagged as returns

Hi

I've created a returns sales order and delivery which failed to distribute to EWM. When I look in SMQ2 I see this error ..

I've checked with the SD guy who has checked the ERP config for deliveries and says it is configured correct so that error must be in EWM.

I have checked all the settings I can think of but with no luck. Has anyone come across this before and know what the problem is ??

Hi,

I suppose your "profile for differentiation attribiute item mapping" is missing.

Check the following customizing activity. You have to map your ERP doc. type to profile "RETCU".

Extended Warehouse Management -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Delivery Processing -> Define ERP Document Types for Differentiation Attribute
