Enter a Setup Key in PPDS APO

Dear Colleagues,

I am facing an issue while entering the setup key for an acitvity in PPDS planning board. According to the note 2246864 is possible to enter a setup transition type = I but setup key should be populated. We are not CIF from S4 system, matrix setup is in PPDS.

Issue is that I created the setup key in the setup group, but it does not get filled in the activity, do you know what is the logic behind or how to fill it to appear in PPDS?
