Enabled Crowd workforce -FSM

Hello colleagues,

I am trying to configure the Crowd workforce in FSM, I have followed the instructions in https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_FIELD_SERVICE_MANAGEMENT/fsm_crowd/configure-single-tenant-crowd.html?..., but it still keeps me without appearing the Crowd workforce,

Does anyone know what could be going on?

Hello Alexandra,

Please have a look following settings in FSM Admin:

1. company crowd type is single tenant crowd

2. login user is SUPERUSER

3.login user group's Clients is All
