Embeded TM-freight settlement errors

hello everyone,

I am getting the below error while posting freight settlement document. My purchasing grp is 001 but here it picks ths pur org which is S257 and truncates it to S25.

Please I will appreciate a quick response as I am in a fix. I have gone through questions relating to this but not directly like mine.

I have maintained the PO for integration, but my concern is if the standard PO would serve for this purpose

The purchasing group in the FO is also 001

Check the MM configuration for that Purch. Organization.

That purchase organization come from the FO for the cost calculation also check here that customizing

Hi,

Check if the following customizing path has indicated the data for the purchasing gorup.

Transportation management --> Settlement --> Freight Settlement --> Integration for Settlement Posting --> Assing Purchasing Information for Posting
