Hi all

Is there a way to trigger email to a set of mail addresses on the status of application Jobs which run regularly in productive system in SAP IBP?

Hi,

It is not possible to trigger email directly from application jobs.

The user can send an email directly from the log header. The email contains a hyperlink that your colleagues can click to review this specific application log and it is a manual activity.

From the overview screen, you can create a custom Application Logs tile on your launchpad to provide easy navigation from your launchpad back to the same application log data.

Application jobs can be easily shared with Jam collaboration using reason codes with JAM groups.

I could not find this feature in IBP roadmap also.

Did you try share information option in the application jobs? This's not an email but it shares with the JAM groups, if that suffices. And I think you might create a notification alert from JAM? You may test this and confirm back please.
