Dear Experts,
We have some issues in Warehouse due to which Deliveries are blocked often. I would like to understand if we can some how notify IT team via an email alert triggered though a PPF. The condition to trigger this can be the change of delivery status DBO "blocked" from "-" to "x".
Please advise if this can be achieved through PPF or some other configuration?
