Email Alerts for SYSFAIL entries in ECC and APO Inbound/Outbound queues

Hi Gurus,

I have a requirement to generate Alerts for queue blocks and wait queues. I have seen some threads and I understood that we can use the FM for TRFC_QOUT_OVERVIEW and TRFC_QIN_OVERVIEW to identify the system fail entries.

But can this be used to identify Wait queues as well ?

Is there any other way to identify both the sysfail and wait queues ?

what if my APO system is connected to multiple ECC system then how can this report be used ?

Even if the wait and sysfail queues are identified what are the steps to generate the email to our internet address.

Hi Debasis,

You can schedule program /SAPAPO/RCIFINQUEUECHECK to send notifications for blocked queues if this is what you want.

The e-mail addresses can be specified in a distribution list maintained in SO21 - then this distribution list can be specified in the program variant.
