EGOODSISSUE date is missing - How TDELIVERY is getting updated in EWM?

Hello EWM experts,

As per my knowledge, in EWM - TOUTYARD date will be updated from EGOODSISSUE & if there is no EGOODSISSUE it takes the date from TDELIVERY.
In my case there is no EGOODSISSUE - My first question is that in what cases this date will be missed, why there is no EGOODSISSUE?

Now in my case - since there is no EGOODSISSUE, TOUTYARD took the date of TDELIVERY.
But TDELIVERY seems wrong if I see ECC dates (Shown below both dates, It should be same as planned GI right?)

ECC planned GI date -

EWM dates -

Chethan

Hello,

the (planned) GI dates are on item level and not on header level in EWM. So you need to check if the dates are filled on item level. Please check also the date type mapping in IMG in "Map Date Types from ERP System to EWM" if there is are correct mapping entries.

If there are entries on the item level check which dates/times are filled there. If there are deviations it may be as posted before that in EWM the dates are usually shown in warehouse time zone.

Best regards

Hi Chethan, maybe it is a time difference? ( UTC+5 or something like this)
