Effort Time Overlapping @ FSM - Which company settings are relevant

one of our companies (ERP is SAP B1) is in need to allow overlapping time efforts.
I've set rules "CoreSystems.OverlapingTimeValidationType" to 2.

The mobile now gives me the expected warning I can approve but system still gives me an error message when trying to synchronize.

In our system, the mentioned setting value is '-' and for us, there is no validation regarding overlapping time entries.

Can you set the value for the company setting also to '-'?

If I recall correctly then you might have a BusinessRule in place to prevent overlapping timeEfforts also on cloud level. To prevent two separate devices from creating two overlapping efforts by accident.

You'd have to change this customization as well to reflect your requirement. 

By default, the cloud does indeed not prevent overlap and will happily accept almost every input. The Company Setting affects client-side behavior only.
