Is there a list of the Network Echelon Level and the representations of the attributes, following the 2005 upgrade?
ie - 1 = direct demand and 2 = ? ETC.
Thanks,
dan

Hi,
New attribute network echelon level defines number of echelon position for each output of attribute IO Network ID, facilitating the validation of multi-stage results.
The new attribute network echelon level is an output of the planning operator global (multi-stage) inventory optimization at the product location level.

Note: IO network ID attribute must exist in planning area configuration for proper processing of network echelon level output. Otherwise, no output for the network echelon level.
SAP documentation not provided the network echelon levels. I will check and update you the same.

Thank you - yes I have added it to several existing planning areas without issue.
However before I show it and discuss it with my clients, I need to be able to explain what Level 1 is vs Level 2 or 3 or 4 etc. I look forward to SAP providing the documentation on what each of those levels represents.
Thanks,
dan
