ECC queue got failed with error as "Delivery completed indicator cannot be set for item xx"

ECC inbound queue failed due to error "delivery completed indicator cannot be set for item xx".when we check we could find packing not done in ecc during inbound delivery , also goods are partially GRied.

Just need to understand.

1- If it has not completed the GR so why dont you complete the GR for the same inbound delivery. once you will do the same it will set delivery completed indicator.

2 if you have found the root cause as items have not been then you need to reject the delivery from the EWM system and create the new delivery for the packing if it is not possible

3- I think we also have the option to create the packing in ewm system. Once you will do the same it will be replicated to ECC system. You need to do replicate the scenario on sand box or quality system and see what is required for your scenario

Thanks Rashid for your inputs. Here in ECC , Goods movement status showing as partially completed for that error line item failed queue. But in EWM delivery is completed for both in GR and putaway.
