ECC CS/PM/PS or S/4HANA CS/PM/PS Integration to FSM via CPI

Hello,

Could you please guide me how to integrate PM/CS orders with SAP FSM via CPI?

We are using PM/CS Service/ Maintenance order using IW31. How can we use CPI to pass over the Service/ Maintenance order details to FSM?

Hi,

Currently, ECC CS/PM/PS or S/4HANA CS/PM/PS Integration with SAP FSM is achievable via Proaxia connector only.

There is no standard interface to replicate transactional data from SAP S4HANA PM to SAP FSM via CPI.

This will need custom development. For, integration of SAP S/4HANA PM with SAP FSM you can check the customer influence at https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/297936 and vote for.
