Dynamic Formatting IBP excel add in

Hello,

I am formatting using the IBPFormattingSheet, however, when I change filters and it reduces the amount of data previously shown, the format stays on the rows/columns that no longer have data shown. Is there a way to remove this?

Example: these are the sales of 3 customers, I previously had a filter which showed more customers. Now that I've reduced it to 3, the rows below stay formatted even though there is no data. Is there a way to change that?

Hi Eva,

Open the planning view, Go to 'About' section of the IBP ribbon, click dropdown of 'settings', choose 'options', choose 'Display' tab and click on the checkbox highlighted below. Make sure to refresh all the sheets before saving it as planning view template.

Thanks,

'Riyaz'
