Duplication of planned orders by PPDS in MD04 - s/4 Hana 1809

I'm working in a training system in S/4 Hana 1809 and experiencing duplication of the planned orders created in advanced planning.

First, when I transfer the master data up to Product Data structures, I've had to maintain them to add manually the activity type in the sub-operations in the PDS. This is not normal?

I start from a situation where there are no planned orders in the MD04 nor in the product view

Phase 1

Then I create manually a planned order in the product view.

I examine the planned order for data error messages. It gives 2 messages:

1) the simulation is not found (SAPAPO/OM_ERROR2129). this leads to an LCA routine which gives an error. The recommendation is to call on a system administrator. But what should one do?

The info to give is the message number (above) and the code 17831 and the "error code COM core".

2) The second error message is that the order has no activities ( message /SAPAPO/OMM082)

Phase 2- I correct the master data

This leads me to checking the recipe and to redo the PDS transfer and then manually add activity types in the PDS.

because they were not there after transfer (add activity type 'P' for production).

Is this normal to have to add these manually ?

Phase 3 - in the product viewer. I create a PlO manually.

Error massages are still (SAPAPO/OM_ERROR2129) and message /SAPAPO/OMM082

But there's a third one: Mutiple error propagation carried out - message numberSAPAPO/OM242

I've not found what this means

Phase 4 - Save the planned order in the product ve and verify situation in MD04

The planned order has been saved as TWO planned orders

Phase 5- Create a second planned order in the product view and save.

Then check in MD04. Two new planned orders!

Phase 6 - in the product view, click on the pen to open up for modification. Click on save.

Nothing new entered.

Check in MD04. One more planned order has been created

Phase 7 - Run the analysis of consistency and transfer the different lines of planned orders found from PPDS to MD04 (R/3).

Check in MD04. The planned orders have increased again! The two planning levels are completely out of sync.

If I run the MDO1N (MRP live) it' the same result (it does advanced planning).

What are your advice?
